Hi everyone, as you know what is employee burnout? if you don't know then simply explain it in one line, basically, employee burnout is a prolonged workforce it causes exhaustion and reduced engagement in one's job. I am new HR at hr consultancy in Sharjah some of my staff working long hours and they losing motivation. They are also complaining about the lack of recognization and feedback from their managers. I want to help them with their workload and improve their well-being, but as a new experience in hr, I don't know where to start. Do you have any tips on how to prevent and manage employee burnout?
